Job Description:
The ideal candidate for this important position will have proficiency
the following:

PBX Installation Experience
-
Data T1/Voice T1 using Cisco
-
Voice and/or Data T-1 w/Cisco (is a plus)
-
SIP/VOIP (is a plus)
-
Minimum 2-5 years experience in similar capacity
-
Ability to multi-task, handle high volume or varied responsibilities accurately
- time management!
-
Customer service and detail oriented.
-
Problem solving skills
-
Network troubleshooting skills in Windows XP
-
CCNA Certification (is a plus)
Responsibilities:
-
Physical installation and configuration of end-user CPE and maintenance
of Data/Voice/Integrated T-1’s
-
Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting and responding to network hardware
and software problems utilizing hardware software testing tools and techniques.
-
Perform investigation and research for system environments (i.e., reporting
systems, switching systems, computer systems, etc.) to assist in resolving
complex programming problems or identifying solutions
-
Ensure completion of projects within established timeframes.
