Before you call STS for assistance with repairs, try these methods
for correcting problems:

Check your connections and jacks. Unplug all phones, modems, FAX machines,
automatic dialers, credit card machines, and splitters from the jacks.
Wait 2 minutes and then reconnect. The problem may be eliminated.

For trouble completing long distance calls, dial 1.700.555.4141 from the
line where the trouble occurs. If the carrier response is not from your
preferred long distance carrier, call the STS Service Center for your location
to correct the carrier choice. Service Center numbers are listed below.
