Evolution Voicemail Login
The first important step in using your Voice Mail service is setting up your mailbox. You will not be able to use your service until you complete this step. Before you start, think about the greeting you want callers to hear. The greeting can be up to 45 seconds. When you are ready, just follow the instructions below, along with the voice instructions you will hear when you call your mailbox.
How to activate your mailbox:
Call your mailbox, using any method from Section 2 - Calling Your Mailbox
If asked to enter a mailbox number or a temporary passcode, enter your home telephone number as a 7 or 10-digit number, depending on how you dial locally. (Mailbox numbers also work as 10 digits in all areas.) 
Follow the simple voice instructions to create a new 4 to10-digit Passcode and then press  (If not asked to change it, see Managing your Mailbox Options to change your password after activation.) 
Follow the simple voice instructions to record the name announcement that you will hear whenever you call your mailbox, then press 
You may also be given an option to create a busy-line and personal (no answer) greeting. Each time when recording, press  to end it. Busy greeting is what callers will hear when your line is busy. (This step is optional and can be added at a later date). You will not have a busy greeting option if you have submailbox service. 
To record a personal greeting, press . Record the greeting, then press . If you have optional features, such as submailboxes or FaxMail, press  to hear more about the feature. Press  to continue mailbox setup.
Activating submailboxes for the first time:
Submailboxes 1, 2, and 3 are created from the main mailbox. Follow these instructions to create a submailbox. 
Call your mailbox, See the instructions in section 2 - Calling Your Mailbox
Enter the main mailbox password, if requested.
Press  at the main menu for Personal Options
Press  to add or delete a submailbox one of the "Other options"
Enter the number of the submailbox you want to create (1, 2, or 3) 
Press  to keep the system-assigned password [Make a note of it], or Press  to change the password, then press  [Make a note of it]. 
Follow the simple voice instructions to record the name announcement that you will hear whenever you call your mailbox, then press .
Select or record the personal greeting that will be played when callers reach the submailbox:
Press  to select a standard greeting
Press  to record a personal greeting, then press 
When the submailbox is created, the system will announce the submailbox number and temporary password. Be sure to write down these numbers and provide them to the new submailbox owner. If the submailbox password is forgotten or lost, you will have to delete the submailbox and create a new one.
